"Really professional staff"
I used parkforu.com last week and had a smooth experience overall. The staff were professional from the start, explained where I needed to go, and didn’t make it feel rushed or confusing.
The car handover was quick, and the guy who met us was polite and right on time. Nothing over the top, just a simple, stress-free service that I’d be happy to use again

"Cheaper than the Rest, Somehow"
I booked parking through Park For U because the price was better than a few other sites I checked, which was a nice surprise in a world where apparently even parking needs to feel luxurious. It wasn’t fancy or anything, but it did exactly what I needed and saved me some money.
The only reason I’m giving it 4 stars is because the booking page could be a little clearer. Always fun to triple-check if you’ve accidentally booked a spaceship instead of a parking spot. Still, for the price, I’d use it again...

"Easy payment, just a little slow"
I booked parking through parkforu.com and the payment process was straightforward. I put in my card details without any trouble, and the confirmation email came through after I paid.
The only annoying part was that the page hung for a bit after I clicked pay, so I wasn’t totally sure if it had gone through. It felt like one of those preventable things that could be fixed with a clearer loading message or confirmation screen.
Everything worked out fine in the end though. No extra charges, no weird issues, and the booking was confirmed, so I’d still use it again...

Booking was really easy and only took a couple of minutes. I did have a tiny moment where I wasn’t sure if everything went through, but it was probably just me overthinking it. Overall, super simple experience.

Used parkforu.com last week the waiting time was really decent. Dropping the car off was quick, no messing about with this and that, and when we got back the car showed up in about 10 minutes, maybe even less. Didn’t have that annoying standing around not knowing what’s happening. For airport parking, that’s basically all I needed. I’d use them again...

"Canceling was actually easy"
I had to cancel my parking booking and it was way easier than I expected. Stuff like this is usually a hassle everywhere, but I got the confirmation quickly and the refund info was clear enough. No stress at all.

"Refund process was more frustrating than it should’ve been"
The parking itself was totally fine, no real complaints there. The annoying part was trying to get my refund. I had to follow up more than once, and the replies felt slow and kind of dismissive at times. I did get the money back eventually, but the whole experience left a bad taste because it really didn’t feel as smooth or professional as it should’ve been

"Farther from the terminal than I expected"
I was already feeling mentally drained from traveling, and the parking ended up being farther from the terminal than I thought. The shuttle also took longer than expected, which made the whole process feel a bit more stressful than it needed to be.

My first impression wasn’t the best, to be honest. I booked parking through parkforu.com and the price seemed fair enough, so I was expecting the process to be straightforward.
But when we got close to the airport, the arrival instructions weren’t clear and we weren’t sure exactly where we were supposed to go. The email had some details, but not enough to make it obvious, so we ended up having to call and check, which was stressful when we were already rushing.
Once we got parked, everything was fine, so it wasn’t a bad experience overall. I just think they really need to improve the arrival directions, because that first bit sets the tone.

I had a question about my booking, nothing huge, but I wasn’t sure what to do. Support replied faster than I expected, which was a nice surprise. And they actually sorted it out without me having to send a bunch of extra messages back and forth. Anyway, smooth overall. I’d use them again.

"Car felt safe the whole time tbh"
Used parkforu.com last week and ngl I was a little nervous about leaving my car, but it was totally fine. The parking area felt secure, and when I got back my car was exactly how I left it. No scratches, no problems, nothing weird. Staff seemed like they were keeping an eye on things too, which def helped. Would use them again.

"Had to wait both times, apparently that’s fine"
I used parkforu.com for airport parking, the timing wasn’t exactly ideal. Drop-off was okay, so I thought it would all be straightforward. But when I got back, I ended up waiting around 30 minutes for my car. I called twice and was told it was on the way, which was nice to hear, I guess, while still standing there waiting. It wasn’t the worst service ever, but if punctuality matters to you, they definitely need to improve that part.

"Reservation details were off"
I booked a parking spot through parkforu.com, but when I showed up, the place didn’t seem to have my reservation right. They did eventually find it after checking around, but the time and details were off, which was frustrating since I was already in a hurry.
